🧾 Distance Sales Agreement
1. Parties
This contract has been concluded electronically between the BUYER and the SELLER, whose information is given below, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

BUYER:
BUYER: Name, Surname, Address and contact information are the information entered by the customer during the order and registered in the system.
2. Topic
The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 regarding the sale and delivery of the product/service, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, which the BUYER ordered electronically from the SELLER's www.dantellihome.com website.
3. Product/Service Information
The name of the products, model, quantity, sales price, payment method, delivery address and invoice information are recorded in the system in accordance with the information entered by the BUYER during the order and are a part of this contract.
4. Delivery
The product will be shipped to the address specified by the BUYER within 1-10 business days after the order is confirmed. Delivery time may vary for special production products and is specified in the product details.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER has the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of order without giving any reason. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are custom-made or cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons (for example: products with special dimensions or names written on them).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the BUYER. Products must be unused, in resalable condition and in their original packaging.
6. Refund
After the right of withdrawal is exercised, when the product reaches the SELLER, the necessary checks are made and the amount paid by the BUYER is refunded within the legal period of 14 days.
7. Competent Authority in Case of Dispute
In the implementation of this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts at the BUYER's place of residence are authorized according to the value declared by the Ministry of Trade.
8. Entry into force
By approving this contract electronically, the BUYER accepts that he/she has ordered the product/service and is under payment obligation.
