❓ What is the delivery time of your products?
Our standard products are shipped on the same day or within 1 business day. For hand-embroidered custom-made products, the delivery time is specified in the product details.
❓ Do you personalize products?
Yes. Personal details such as baby names or special dates can be added to some of our products. You can contact us after ordering.
❓ What should I pay attention to when washing your products?
All of our products are delicately textured, 100% cotton. Low temperature washing is recommended for long-lasting use. Detailed information is included in the description of each product.
❓ Can I make changes to my order?
Changes can be made if you contact us within the same day you place your order. Changes may not be possible after production.
❓ What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for all your purchases securely on our website with your credit card in up to 9 installments .
Additionally, if you wish, you can contact our store representative via WhatsApp, request account information and make payment via money transfer / EFT .
❓ Is there a shipping fee?
Shipping is free for all orders over 750₺ within Türkiye. For international shipments, the fee may vary depending on the order details.
